- On receipt of application, the concerned center head/programme officer examines and verifies all the detail mentioned in the application
- The details filed by the applicant are further verified by examination department
- Deputy Director examines the case and endorses his/her recommendation considering the time available to the student for completion of remainder of program in extended period
- Student is informed when approval is granted
