You can contact Support Team along with posting the query in Post Query section but should have justified the time period for lodging such query since SMS & Push mailer was already sent for tracking purpose, in addition database record is also updated with issue details. On receipt of query, we will attempt another chance to dispatch but student has to ensure to receive the parcel this time. If failed to do so then there may not be further (3rd attempt) to dispatch.
I was not able to collect books from the post office and it was sent back to the University. How can I request to send the books again Print
